Welcome! By accessing our website and/or purchasing from our boutique, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders & Purchases

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or other circumstances that may affect the fulfillment of an order.

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, availability, or other information at any time without prior notice.

If an item is purchased at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue store credit or a refund for the amount paid.

3. Shipping, Delivery & In-Store Pickup

Shipping

Orders typically take 2–4 business days to process and ship. Processing time begins once your order has been successfully placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

In-Store Pickup

Customers who select In-Store Pickup at checkout will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for pickup. Orders should not be picked up until you have received a notification that your order is ready.

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during our regular business hours. Please have your order confirmation or other required information available when picking up your order.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 14 days from the date your package was received for eligible exchanges or store credit.

We do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of the package being received.

  • Be in new, unworn, and unused condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of wear.

  • Be undamaged and in their original condition.

Shoes may be returned as long as they have not been worn or damaged.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied for exchange or store credit.

5. Final Sale Items

All accessories are FINAL SALE.

Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or issued store credit.

Any other items specifically marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are also not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Store Credit

Eligible returns will be issued as store credit or may be exchanged for another eligible item.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used toward the purchase of final sale items unless otherwise stated.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your package.

Please provide your order information and photos of the issue so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and all applicable policies before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to our Terms of Service and Return Policy.
