14-Day Return Policy

Customers have 14 days from the date their package was received to request an exchange or store credit. Please email us at shop.marymargaretcollection@yahoo.com to help process a return

Please note: We do not offer refunds. All eligible returns will be issued as an exchange or store credit only.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

Items must be returned within 14 days of the package being received.
Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.
All original tags must still be attached.
Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
Shoes may be returned as long as they have not been worn, damaged, or visibly used.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied for return.
